target:  Tripoltavr (An unfinished business centre) description: Sometimes one can see advertisements catering for investors on TV. But all building equipment, including tower cranes, is moved away. And it’s likely to remain in such a state. Because there will be no investors. Some people call this construction “Clover”. We have a more beautiful name for it – Tripoltavr. It consists of 3 towers, about 13 floors, the territory is guarded. Winds blow through this majestic building, a fabulous panorama of the neighboring plants, housing areas and meadows opens up from its top floors.
